You are responsible for account credentials and activity. Do not analyze a site without authorization, disrupt the service, bypass access controls or use the service to create false or misleading data.

Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. A subscription may be cancelled prospectively through the available account workflow.

Ownership
Personno Inc. owns the KNWN service, software and platform materials. Users retain ownership of submitted URLs and content while granting the permissions required to analyze them and provide the service.

Availability and beta functions
The service changes over time and may include beta functions. KNWN does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data persistence, third-party platform behavior, rankings, citations or outcomes.
Section 06
Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KNWN and Personno Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. These terms select Delaware law and courts.
