Depending on the service used, KNWN may process account and billing information, URLs and public website data submitted for analysis, AI-referral and technical request signals, and product usage information.

Information is used to provide analytics and product functions, secure and operate the service, communicate support or service updates, and improve reliability and usability. KNWN does not sell personal data.

Tracking and referral measurement
The optional customer-site snippet can send a site tracking identifier, page URL, referrer, user-agent and timestamp for AI-referral analysis. This website also uses analytics and a lead-identification tag. Cross-brand handoffs are measured with outbound and inbound events without adding campaign parameters or form values to the destination URL.

Choices, retention and security
Users may request access, export or deletion where applicable. KNWN retains information while an account is active or as needed to provide and protect the service, and uses access controls and encryption where appropriate. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and policy changes
KNWN is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data. Material policy changes may be communicated through the service or by email.
